Nic is a Senior Psychologist with an endorsed specialization in Clinical Psychology. He works with diverse populations and issues which are prevalent across the lifespan. Nic has a background in dealing with acute and chronic conditions and understands the role of compounding stressors on everyday functioning. Nic’s treatment focus is varied and incorporates anxiety, panic, phobia, post traumatic stress, bipolar disorder, depression, process (behavioural) addiction, adjustment issues, sleep issues, life transition, anger, grief and loss and dispositional (personality) difficulties. He utilizes an integrative evidence based approach to therapy which acknowledges the individual needs of patients.

Dr Irene Serfaty DPsych (CLIN)
Irene adopts an individualised approach to her therapeutic work with children, adolescents, and adults. She strives to create a safe and non-judgemental space for her clients. Irene has experience working with a range of psychological difficulties including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, child behavioural problems, and relationship problems. She has particular interests in parent-child and family work, perinatal mental health, complex trauma including sexual abuse, and eating disorders. Irene completed a Doctor of Clinical Psychology involving the development of an attachment-based family therapy. Her therapeutic approach is strongly guided by this attachment-based framework, along with elements of cognitive behavioural therapy, schema therapy, EMDR, dialectical behaviour therapy, mentalisation-based therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.

James approaches therapy in an open-minded and collaborative way that is tailored to each client's individual goals. He is experienced in working across the lifespan with a broad range of mental health, relationship, and work-related problems. James has worked in the disability sector for several years and enjoys helping individuals with disability reach their potential and live fulfilling lives. He also has strong experience working with children with developmental disabilities including ASD and ADHD, and supporting their families to overcome challenges that come with these diagnoses. His therapeutic work integrates components of cognitive behavioural therapy, schema therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and solution-focused therapy. James is currently completing a PhD in Organisational Psychology specialising in the field of leadership.

Monica takes a warm and empathetic approach to support individuals in navigating their mental health challenges. She is deeply committed to serving the LGBTQIA+ community and has extensive experience in providing gender-affirming support. She creates a safe, welcoming, and non- judgmental space for individuals exploring their gender identity or facing any related concerns. Drawing from a broad spectrum of therapeutic techniques, including her expertise in Schema Therapy, Monica tailors her approach to each client’s unique needs and goals.

Isabelle is currently completing a Doctor of Psychology (Clinical) degree at Deakin University. She has previously worked as a research officer at the Turner Institute for Brain and Mental Health where she has been involved in various projects. These include the development of digital resources for university students’ mental health, and research projects seeking to understand the brain and mental health needs across people’s lives.

Trained in psychiatry in the Yorkshire region, Dr Rajiv Siotia worked as a consultant psychiatrist in the UK. He works in Latrobe Regional Hospital as Consultant Psychiatrist, University of Melbourne as Adjunct Lecturer, and is the Medical Director with the Victorian Centre for Mental Health.
